THE Aesthetic Show Recap from Vegas!
Well it was “Viva Aesthetics!” this weekend in Vegas for Kelly, my husband Dr. Larry Goldberg and me! We had the pleasure of attending THE Aesthetic Show, and fortunately for YOU, not EVERYTHING that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! We’re going to spill it all, right now.
THE Aesthetic Show’s brings together top physicians and professionals from the aesthetic industry, to learn about new procedures, products, and technologies together in a dynamic atmosphere. The weekend included “everything that is relevant, progressive, and contemporary in aesthetic medicine” (www.aestheticshow.com). Our goal was to learn about cutting edge technology and treatments from industry leaders and bring our favorites home to our own practice at Seaside Aesthetics.
After a weekend full of advanced training from industry leaders in Botox and Fillers, and meetings with top technology vendors to learn about the most current trends, this is a short list of what we are most excited to bring to Seaside Aesthetics this summer and fall:
From Eclipse, the system we also use for microneedling of the face and neck, PRP therapy is used for hair restoration to achieve natural looking results. With a thin needle, your own Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is injected into the scalp. Then the growth factors in your blood cells do their job and real, beautiful and soft hair growth is naturally stimulated!
The Theradome helmet uses laser hair growth treatment (also known as Laser Phototherapy—LPT), which industry leaders believe is one of the most effective treatments for hair loss. According to the experts at Theradome: “Unlike Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) devices, our laser light targets the stem cells at the base of hair follicles. This allows the formation of a new photonic pathway that can restore hair to a healthy state.” This is an easy to use treatment you can complete in the comfort of your own home and we are so excited to bring this to Boston’s North Shore!

4. Biopelle
Now I love Epionce and we recommend it every day to our patients, but Kelly and I were looking for something to give your daily routines a boost, especially post-procedurally. While at THE Aesthetic Show, we were thrilled to learn about Biopelle, built to address skin’s cellular breakdown.
